Office Addendum

This addendum applies to Part-Time Office and Private Office memberships. It forms part of the membership agreement together with the Terms of Use, the member's Membership Agreement, and the House Rules. If it conflicts with the general Terms, this addendum controls for the Office membership.

1. Plan schedule

   The Membership Agreement records:

   • The plan: Part-Time Office or Private Office
   • The named member or included members
   • The assigned office
   • For Part-Time Office, the recurring office days: one, two, or three
   • The monthly fee and any approved additional-member fees
   • The start date, billing date, commitment length, and renewal rule
   • The payment choice: month-to-month, 12-month commitment billed monthly, or 12 months prepaid
   • The first- and final-month amounts, or the full prepaid amount

2. Part-Time Office

   Part-Time Office includes one to three recurring office days per week, as listed on the Membership Agreement. The $500 starting rate includes one recurring day; each approved additional recurring day is $125 per month. Four recurring office days are not available under this plan. The plan includes Full Time Coworking as a membership benefit. Office days count toward the five workspace days available each Monday-through-Sunday week.

3. Private Office pricing

   The Membership Agreement records the price accepted at signing. Published starting rates are $950 per month for month-to-month billing, $900 per month for a 12-month commitment billed monthly, and an $855 monthly equivalent when 12 months are prepaid. Final pricing may vary by office, capacity, member count, term, and approved additions.

   At the published starting rate, 12 months prepaid is $10,260, collected in full at signing. A 12-month commitment billed monthly requires automatic bill-pay. Prepaid memberships may be paid by check, ACH transfer, or bank bill-pay.

4. Members, furniture, and signage

   Private Office includes two named members unless the Membership Agreement says otherwise. Additional members start at $50 per month and require Host's approval based on the office's capacity and availability.

   Member-provided furniture, equipment, signs, window graphics, doorplates, and alterations require Host's prior approval. Host may require removal or restoration at the member's expense when the membership ends.

   A Private Office member signing a 12-month agreement receives a complimentary business-name sign on the building directory, subject to building rules and available format. Other signage depends on the assigned office and requires approval.

   Host may provide reasonable documentation or assistance for an eligible Private Office member's business-listing application. Host does not control or guarantee approval by Google, Apple, or any other directory.

5. First and final month

   Office memberships billed monthly require the first and final month's membership fees at signing. The final-month payment is advance payment for the last membership month, not a security deposit. A Private Office membership prepaid for 12 months is collected in full at signing and does not require a separate final-month payment.

6. Notice and termination date

   Office memberships require at least 30 days' written notice. Notice must arrive at least 2 business days before the next billing date. That billing date becomes the final billing date, and the prepaid final month covers that billing period; no new membership fee is charged. The termination date is 30 days after the final billing date. If notice arrives later, the final billing date moves to the following billing date.

   Unpaid charges must be paid in full when notice is given. Otherwise, Host may restrict access and apply the prepaid final month to the unpaid balance.

7. 12-month commitments

   Renewal. At the end of its term, a 12-month commitment renews month-to-month at the then-current month-to-month rate.

   Early termination. A member may end a 12-month commitment billed monthly early by giving 60 days' written notice. Both notice months are billed at the month-to-month rate. The prepaid final month counts toward the last month, and the member pays the difference. Discounts already received are not reclaimed.

   Prepaid memberships. Fees for a 12-month prepaid membership are not refundable. A prepaid member who ends the membership early keeps access until the end of the prepaid term.

8. If Host cannot provide the office

   If Host is unable to fulfill its obligations under the agreement, including providing the assigned office, Host will refund the remainder of the contract or provide another solution agreed with the member.
