Membership Agreement
Each member sign a Membership Agreement when they join. This page describes what the agreement records. Your signed agreement is your record of the plan, price, and services you accepted.

The Membership Agreement, the Terms of Use, any service addendum listed on the agreement, the House Rules, and applicable building rules form the membership agreement. If plan-specific terms conflict with the general Terms, the Membership Agreement or applicable service addendum controls for that service.
Prices may be shown on hoststudios.co, but marketing pages are not the record of a member's selected price, schedule, or add-ons. The Membership Agreement is.

- Plan: the selected membership plan.
- Named member or members: each person the membership covers, including any Shared Membership or additional office member.
- Price: the membership fee accepted at signing, stated in exact dollars.
- Start date: the day the membership begins.
- Billing date: the day of the month each membership fee is charged.
- Billing frequency: monthly, annual, or prepaid for a stated term.
- Payment terms: amounts due at signing, including any first- and final-month payment or full prepayment.
- Add-ons: each add-on and optional service selected, with its price.
- Plan schedule version: the version of the plan schedule that applies to the agreement.
- Service addenda: each addendum that applies to the agreement.

- Office Addendum for Part-Time Office and Private Office memberships.
- Virtual Office and Mail Services Addendum for Virtual Office memberships and mail services.
- Registered Agent Addendum for Registered Agent service.
